Functions and tasks

      My Son Relic and Tourism Management was established under Decision No. 541/QD-UB December 15, 1995 People's Committee of Duy Xuyen dictrict, in performing the Conservation Management and Promoting the values of My Son Relics, the World cultural Heritage.
      To be the business unit directly under People's Committee of Duy Xuyen district, manage and operate of all protective activities and promote the value of the entire of the relic according to government regulation.
      Act as a venue linking with the State management agencies, cooperate with domestic and foreign organizations in preserving and promoting the values of the relics.

OFFICE.

1.Help PMU operating all activities of the agency, held two-way relationship between the professional groups and the members of the Management Board. Arrange work schedule, update and disseminate information about the decisions of the Management Board to the department, the individual.
2.Prepare statistics, make a report and formulate execution plan , issue and back up official document.
3.Set up a basic file of construction procedure, purchase assets, monitor maintenance work  of the property, as well as the use and preservation of assets in right purposes.
4.Prepare financial statements, set up internal disbursement mechanisms, rules and regulation of the activities, monitor, advise and organize the implementation after having the decision of the Management Board.

6.Monitor and adjust inventory management, funds, power - water, environmental sanitation, provide documents and prints financial revenue and expenditure for parts related activities.

Conservation:

1.Advise and propose the Leaders of  Implementation Board in the professional field.
2.Perform conservation duties, periodically inspect and report the status of the relics and artifacts, inventory and collect the related artifacts and historical materials.
3.Make small remodeling plans, disaster prevention plan and coordinate to perform the heritage conservation projects.
4.Introduce and display the artifacts and Cham cultural images at My Son in the Gallery, in festivals and exhibitions.
5.Participate in specialized training, propaganda Law heritage, and coordinate with functional departments book distribution.
