Attending the Conference were representatives of departments, sectors, localities, Provincial Tourism Association and tourism businesses. Mr. Phan Ho - Director of My Son Cultural Heritage Management Board attended the conference.
The implementation of Directive No. 19 / CT-UBND in My Son heritage area is particularly concerned by the My Son Cultural Heritage Management Board, the Board has checked the observance of environmental regulations. calendar, security, traffic safety, regulations on management, public listing of prices and charges for tourism services; to build public toilets in relics zones according to the standards of the General Department of Tourism; installation of signs, no parking signs, street vendors in the area, the area so that the tourist environment in My Son does not have the situation of beggars and beggars wearing tourists. At the same time, guiding tourist service business units to improve service quality, ensuring safety for visitors in combination with organizing propaganda, disseminating widely, raising awareness of the people people, mobilize people to voluntarily participate in building the movement to maintain environmental hygiene, security, social safety, civilized behavior, friendly to visitors.

In addition, the Board regularly implements measures to ensure order and security, fire prevention and fighting; strengthen inspection force, control order and security situation. Strengthening the organization and building forces in the formal direction, prioritizing the allocation of security comrades with foreign language skills, friendly manners to work in the concentrated tourist areas and services The calendar from which to monitor the risk of unsafe for tourists, promptly detect and strictly handle the objects who commit acts of infringing upon the lives and properties of tourists.

Continue to implement Directive No. 19 / CT-UBND dated November 21, 2013 and Plan to improve the quality of tourism environment in Quang Nam province in the period of 2019 - 2025 by Quang Nam People's Committee, the Management Board of Cultural Heritage My Son defines the task of developing tourism in association with environmental protection, towards sustainable development, building a unit with friendly tourism environment, hospitality, security and safety for tourists.

On this occasion, along with 3 collectives and 3 individuals, My Son Cultural Heritage Management Board was awarded a certificate of merit by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province for its outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 19.
