Speaking at the meeting, representatives of businesses with a number of tourists coming to My Son grow every year saying that the service at the monument is getting better and better, the environment is friendly and improved. There are specific products, basically meeting the needs of visitors. Compared to previous years, this is a quality and effective change.

However, many opinions also won the proposal that My Son needs additional products and support products because of its potential. Products that need to be focused on Asian customers such as China and South Korea have low spending.
The meeting was held in the afternoon of January 11, 2017 by My Son World Heritage Management Board, under the leadership of the Management Board, Duy Xuyen District People's Committee with the participation of companies, Travel enterprises in Quang Nam and Da Nang city, reporters of Quang Nam, Lao Dong, Quang Nam Television, Duy Xuyen broadcasting and television attended.
