On March 25, 2026, the Management Board of Mỹ Sơn World Cultural Heritage, in coordination with the community forest protection contracting group of Nhuận Sơn village, organized the installation of communication boards on forest protection and forest fire prevention and fighting (FFPF) within the Mỹ Sơn Cultural and Historical Relic Landscape Protection Area.

The activity was implemented at key locations such as patrol routes, areas bordering forests and local production land, and zones with a high risk of forest fires. The content of the boards was designed to be concise and easy to understand, focusing on legal regulations regarding forest protection, guidelines for forest fire prevention and fighting, and warnings against prohibited activities such as burning vegetation, using fire in the forest in violation of regulations, and illegal exploitation of forest resources.

The collaboration with the community forest protection group of Nhuận Sơn village not only enhances the effectiveness of forest management and protection but also promotes the role and responsibility of local residents in safeguarding forest resources. Through this activity, community awareness and proactive engagement in forest fire prevention and forest protection have been significantly improved.

This is one of the practical solutions aimed at protecting the forest ecosystem in connection with preserving and promoting the values of the Mỹ Sơn World Cultural Heritage. In the coming time, the Management Board will continue to strengthen communication efforts and closely coordinate with local communities and relevant authorities to ensure effective forest protection and fire prevention, contributing to the sustainable development of the heritage site.
