The management board of My Son has collaborated with Central Quang Nam Rangers to realease two rare civets back to its natural environment.

The civet has been listed as one of the endangered species - section 2B (species prohibited to hunt or use for trading purposes).
The earlier patrol helped security of the management to detect and remove illegal traps. The traps were found within restricted area with diverse flora and fauna system.
Because of the high values of the endangered species, hunting activities are becoming more cheekily and complicatedly. The number of traps found has raised after every tracing mission. They include clamp and strings traps which may cause serious injuries for both human and animals.
