From 10-12 July 2019 at the Center of Thang Long Royal Citadel - Hanoi, Department of Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Unesco and Iccrom jointly organized a training course on Risk Reduction natural disasters with cultural heritage.

Participants participate in training courses from management units of the World Cultural Heritage Areas, National Archives, representatives of the General Department of Disaster Prevention and other related units. The content refers to how to develop a plan for prevention and response, units coordinate in case of natural disasters, first aid and recovery plan ... My Son Cultural Heritage Management Board appoint staff of the Museum Conservation Department to attend.

In addition to theoretical content, the model assumes heritage in case of natural disasters. Practitioners are equipped with costumes, tools to participate directly in the practice. Then in the analytical discussion class, point out the right processes, limitations to overcome. The time of three days is short, but with the enthusiasm and the scientific work of the teachers, the students have received the most useful and basic information about disaster risk reduction with the Cultural Heritage.
